Once initial contact and a date for the recruiting visit has been established, the recruiter will be instructed as to the procedure for using eRecruiting.

The interview day is generally arranged to accommodate 13,
30-minute interviews which are scheduled from 9:00 a.m. and end
at 4:30 p.m. However, time arrangements are flexible, the preferred intervals must be indicated when requesting a specific date. There is an hour allotted for the Lunch Break.

If other breaks are needed, they must also be indicated when requesting a date.
